In this video, we will teach you how to create an exhibit for an SEC filing from Word such as a Power of Attorney.

Open the Word document.  Choose File, Save As and select the folder you would like to save it to.  In the “Save As Type” drop-down box, select Web Page (*.htm, *.html).  Click Save and be sure to save it as a .htm file.  Once this is done, you can upload it and any associated images created from it to your filing in form345.com.
