In this video, we will teach you how to add multiple group owners on a Form 3, 4 or 5.

After creating your form, on the Form Setup tab, under Group Owners, answer “Yes” to the question “Will this form be filed by More than One Reporting Person?”.  Now, continue to the Group Owners tab and enter the associated group owners with your filing.  After entering the first Group owner, save the information and enter the next owner, as needed.
