In this video, we will teach you how to add an exhibit such as a Power of Attorney to a Form 3, 4, or 5. 

On the Add Exhibits tab, click the Choose File button.  Navigate to where you have saved the .htm exhibit (See the video How to Create an Exhibit for an SEC filing from Word for instructions).  Under “Exhibit”, you will select Exhibit 24 for a Power of Attorney.  For other exhibits, select the appropriate exhibit number from the drop-down list.

Enter a Description in the next field, such as “Power of Attorney”.  Click Add.
